A large oval of red Yemeni agate with a purple cast. Its interior is softly clouded, and the clouds move as the ring turns in the light.
The sterling silver mount is clean and ordered. Each shoulder carries a round medallion engraved with star-shaped flowers and a small rosette on a stippled dark ground, set between short bars of silver beads that point toward the stone.
Quiet polished silver, with the detail kept exactly where the eye lands.
