Beaded Rim Red Yemeni Agate Ring

The stone is a natural, untreated red Yemeni agate: a deep red with a brighter red-orange band through the centre and soft lighter clouds near the top, translucent when the lamp passes through the high dome. It is cut as an oval cabochon with a clean polish.

The bezel is slim and finished with a beaded milgrain rim on a darkened band. The shoulders are smooth polished sterling silver that split into an open V with a small leaf-shaped cut-out before closing into a plain rounded shank. No engraving, no gold, no enamel.
