Wicker Band Milky Yemeni Agate Ring

The stone is a natural, untreated Yemeni agate in a milky white, cut as a low oval cabochon. It is translucent enough to glow softly, with faint grey clouds and a pale bluish cast inside the body.

The 925 sterling silver bezel is framed by a braided wheat-chain rope. The band is wide and entirely woven from silver wire in a basket pattern, held between twisted rope borders, so the texture runs all the way around the finger. The inside is left smooth.

A soft stone on a hard-worked band, as easy to wear as a plain ring.
