A large, high-domed oval of deep red Yemeni agate. Where the light enters it turns bright red with a touch of violet, then settles back into its dark depth.
The sterling silver bezel is engraved around its outer wall with a running scroll. On each shoulder two small faceted red stones sit in a row, like embers, between a chevron motif, fine dotwork and notched cut-outs.
A ring of one colour, carried in two sizes of light.
