A large oval of translucent, milky white Yemeni agate, touched with straw-yellow clouds and fine brown threads that branch through it like winter twigs.
A castellated crown of ridged silver blocks holds the stone. On each shoulder the jambiya, Yemen’s curved dagger, lies polished against a beaded ground, followed by braided lines and pebble-shaped studs down the band.
A pale stone with a proud mount, made for everyday wear.
