Fern Spine White Yemeni Agate Ring

A cream-white Yemeni agate, natural and untreated, cut as an oval cabochon. One olive-brown dendritic vein runs from the upper centre of the dome down to the left, pale at the top and darker below, with a small dark fleck beside it; the rest of the field is clear.

The bezel is plain with a beaded rim. On each shoulder a fern frond is engraved with a braided central spine and leaflets fanning out to either side, the ground oxidized so the frond stands in relief.
