Sky Meander Shajari Yemeni Agate Ring

The stone is a natural, untreated Yemeni agate cut as a high oval dome. Its milky white body is mottled with yellow-ochre and dark brown growths whose edges break into fine dendritic threads, the brown gathering near the crown and the ochre toward the base, like lichen on a pale rock.

The mount pairs sterling silver with gold-plated accents and two touches of blue. A gallery of gilded loops with teardrop openings holds the dome over a beaded rim; each shoulder carries a gold-plated angular meander, a line of three small sky-blue stones, dot granulation and engraved strokes, and a panel of light-blue enamel on the shank.
