The stone is a rectangular Yemeni agate cut as a low-domed tablet and polished to a deep mirror black. It is natural and untreated, uniformly opaque, and reads as a solid plane of black that picks up only the light around it.
The bezel wall is worked into a row of square silver blocks, so the stone sits inside a small battlement. The shank is wide and flat, then opens into three polished rails on each shoulder before it meets the head. Sterling silver 925, with no engraving beyond the architecture itself.
A quiet, geometric ring for someone who prefers structure to ornament.
