A natural, untreated honey Yemeni agate cut as a large, high-domed oval cabochon. The colour runs from warm amber on one side to a paler, milkier tone on the other, with a white cloud at the crown and a single thin dark thread near the lower edge. Held to the light, the amber half glows.
The sterling silver mount carries open-pierced vine and leaf scrollwork on both shoulders, cut and engraved by hand and oxidised in the recesses so the pattern stands clear. Three engraved grooves ring the shank where it meets the head, a small detail that finishes the design.
One piece, one stone, sized about US 10.
