A high oval dome of translucent Yemeni agate, pale and clear in places, filled elsewhere with deep green moss-like growth that gathers along one side like a hillside after the rains.
The sterling silver frames it with a ribbed collar and fine beading. On each shoulder a pair of birds, partridges by their look, rest among fern fronds, carved in relief inside a rope-twist border, the ground darkened so the feathers and leaves stand out.
The green of the highlands, held in silver.
